Privacy & community guidelines

Reconnect without giving up your privacy.

These starting rules explain how the reunion hub separates public information from private committee records.

Finance

Donations and finance records are private.

Donation names, email addresses, amounts, and reconciliation details are available only to authorized committee, editor, and owner accounts. A donor’s private confirmation link shows that donation’s amount and status; do not share it publicly. Payments take place with the external payment provider. This site never asks for card numbers. Committee finance edits are retained in an audit history, and private exports should not be posted publicly.

01

RSVP and contact records are private.

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, cities, guest details, accessibility notes, and planning responses are collected for reunion administration. They are not automatically published.

02

Field Day registration records are private.

The public scoreboard shows confirmed team names and event scores only. Captain email, captain phone number, private team links, full rosters, payment status, payment references, and committee notes stay in protected records. Card information is handled only by the committee's hosted payment provider and is never collected by this site.

03

Profile pictures stay inside the class community.

Profile pictures are stored separately from contact records and are delivered only after approved classmate or committee access is verified. They can appear on private profiles, feed posts, comments, and people-you-may-know cards. Classmates may replace or remove their own picture at any time.

04

Public content requires permission.

News, birthdays, photographs, directory details, business information, and public social posts are reviewed before publication. A submission does not guarantee publication.

05

Birthdays use the minimum information.

The public birthday board should normally show a classmate's name, month, and day only. Birth year and age are not needed.

06

Memorial information is verified.

The committee will not publish unverified reports. Public sources and family considerations should guide memorial notices.

07

Be respectful and class-focused.

No harassment, impersonation, private accusations, spam, or content that exposes another person's sensitive information. Committee moderators may decline or remove content.

08

Corrections are welcome.

Classmates can request a correction or removal through the community form. The committee should respond through the verified contact information provided.

Need something changed?

Send the committee a correction or removal request. Formal contact information will be added once the committee is appointed.
